Graduation was fun :)! I didn’t graduate, just note that. So I better not see any idiotic misconceptions :P. The band played Pomp and Circumstance for around 20 or so minutes. I’m not sure, it seemed like forever for me. I survived that and the never-ending part where the people call up names of seniors to give them their diplomas, or just the cover of it. After that, the graduation ceremony was over!

After the graduation ceremony, the band just played most of the rock charts {stand music} and music that I had to improvise. I love to improvise music sometimes- only if others are doing it too. Then took some pictures with people. At the end, we went downstairs to wait for the band room to open. A few people from drumline played some of their cadences, and I decided to jump in and play “Get Down” on the bass drum :P. I did pretty good for a beginner.

I have a new hostee (:! I welcome Benji May to the pack. & vote for Satisromance @ Survival of the Fittest {It’s a daily vote}! And join the Domain Giveaway! (:

As for the site, I’m going to do some sort of a clean-up for affiliation or something. Recently, I have been “strict” about affiliation. So I gotta do something about that. That’s the current plans& I have to redo some pages here.

Recently, I have been blogging about me working on the BandQuet Slideshow. As far as that goes, it was a success. It was my first time making anything like that, besides me making some MMV’s {google it!} in the past, which took a lot of time and editing. I was working with iMovie on the Mac, this time- I rather work with Sony Vegas on my laptop. As far as lessons I’ve learned, when picking out songs, I should listen to the whole song beforehand. And spend time reviewing the pictures, because there was some that has duplicates. Bleh! But a lot of people liked it and I’m happy :)!

I never did get a reply to my last comment. I’m not sure whats up with that. Oh well though. :P

I honestly, have never been to a graduation, however, it sounds like you had fun! Are you excited to graduate in a few years? :)

Congrats on the new hostee too! :D That’s great! Don’t you just love getting new hostees? They always make me smile. :3

Oh! Question about the domain giveaway. You made the points private? :( How come?

Good luck redoing your pages on your site though! Don’t you do like an affiliate clean up all the time? That’s what it seems like. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. lol

I’m not sure about this BandQuet Slideshow so I’ll shut up. xD I’m glad its going well though. :3

Sorry for the super short and boring comment. :( I’ll try and do better next time!

congratulations on NOT graduating this year, so that there’s no misconceptions; yes I said that like that. :P

I know omg graduation ceremonies always take FOREVRR. it’s crazy but I mean If your the family of a loved one or if you are the one graduating, it is worth it I guess.

See you have the type of personality I never did. I am not that confident to just jump in and play a part if I’m a beginner. But good job, taking the risk! =]

So..affiliation…I see I’m on the ‘more’ page…am I no longer going to be on the sidebar? On every page? am I just going to be on that one page?

I must go welcome this new hostee of yours! She picked an awesome host! =] Ohh and I JUST voted for you too! K so I think I touched base with everything..let me see..yup, yup. I did! :D

Ugh… my graduation is soon :X It’s like 2 hours long! I don’t know if I can stand there and sit for that long watching basically the same thing over and over again. I’m kind of scared when I go up to get my diploma thing if anyone will clap for me, haha. :X

And cool! I just visited your hostee’s site, and voted for you too in the Survival of the Fittest. :D

I’ve never made a powerpoint, never edited a video, or anything. I’ve never used Windows Movie Maker or Sony Vegas ever, I have to admit. I should do that one day… or I’ll learn in high school one day! :P

And that’s good they liked it! Sometimes when I do graphics in my school (i.e.: for our Public Service Announcement project, we had to be a logo, and I was in Photoshop at our school making our logo and people were like how do you know this? And I just smiled, haha and pretended I didn’t hear that and kept making it. :P I made another group’s logo too).

True, luckily for my PSA project someone else is making the video and editing it and stuff, I can’t be bothered. :P

What’s a “syllabus”? Is it like your school’s motto or something, your values and what it stands for? LOL, Idk. :P

That’s kind of stereotypical to say something like that, why can’t they say that to boys either? :/ But things like that do happen to men too, though.

LOL, yes, thanks for the tip! <3 Haha, well on Facebook I was reading someone I know's wall posts saying stuff about Tumblr and Tumblr themes and things like that, and a Bloggers theme and credit and stuff, haha. That's all. :P I think I'm the only person in my school that owns a site like this, to be honest. Not trying to boost, (well yours is in your band :P), but I just can't imagine. Or they're just like me and want to keep it "contained"… LOL. I honestly wouldn't like any of my closest best friends to know I have a website and blog… it's just awkward!! If you get what I mean.

Lol, haha I will for next month!

Ahh, is your school like cliques and stuff? Like popular girls, and crap? D: That sounds so "middle school", or like TV shows, older people I know tell me it isn't like that in high school. :P

Haha, yes. <3 Take caree! By the way, what happened with that "historian" (or something) spot of yours?

Whoa, slideshows… I’ve done some of them for our project’s townhalls/meetings. Lots of effort and time, really. O_O Glad you were able to finish them. I bet they were really good as a lot of people liked it. YAY, you! :D

Yes, I am also hoping I can get back some of the fanlistings I lost. :( Thanks!

Thanks :P

I don’t know, I’ll need my parent’s credit card details since I’m too young for paypal haha. & My parents are really skeptical when it comes to internet…O.O

Ooh! How can you last for 20 minutes?! That’s amazing! I know what you mean when talking about things going on forever…there was this band that played the most boring piece ever…for about 5 minutes. I fell asleep.

I can never improvise! I’m so bad at it…sounds like you guys had heaps of fun! :D

Good luck in the contest :D I voted for you!

Whew, I’m glad I survived the clean up!

Congrats on the slideshow! :D I bet it looked really good ^^

That’s awesome that you had a good time at Graduation! The day of my school’s Graduation was the day after my family and I left for the Grand Canyon, so I never got to say goodbye to my senior friends. :(

Goodness! That is such a long time to play a song! How do you do it?? xD

Yay for the new hostee! I voted for you again. :) I hope you win!

Glad the Slideshow was a success! Sounds like it was a lot of work!

UGH! Graduation seemed like it took forever. At my graduation there were 160+ people there and I was somewhere in the 100s. It took forever, but whenever I got on the stage to get my diploma it was an awesome feeling. I cherished that night with all of my heart. Lol. I’m going to miss band and you enjoy it while you’re in it! All good things always come to an end.

Hey girl! I’m so sorry I haven’t been by to comment recently! My dad’s girlfriend is moving in, and I was helping her clean and cook as well; as cleaning my own room (which does not look like a mess anymore! YAY!) Lol. But anyway; I’m so glad to hear your slideshow and piece was a success. Don’t be so hard on yourself! You know you did a good job! I remember my graduation. Lol. Memories. Haha!

I also remember having to sing with the choir at one of our football games which was fun but the waiting part in the band/choir room wasn’t that much fun. I guess it was for attendance or something? I don’t really remember.

Hmmm, I’ll go say hi to your new hostee! :D.

Congrats on graduating! (Totally kidding. =P)

It sounded a lot like my graduation ceremony. I think they’re only fun when you’re actually graduating. I went to my brother’s, and it sucked. (Then again, I was 10 at the time, and my attention span basically didn’t exist.)

I shall visit your new hostee as soon as I finish this comment. ^^

————————-

I did! What sucks is that I ran out. Now I need to go buy some more seasons. =P Which means I need to tap into more of my graduation money.

Really? At my school, the val and sal both give a speech at graduation every year. It’s supposed to be an honor, but usually people really don’t like speaking in front of hundreds of people. So, not really an “honor.”

Wow. See, at my school (well, old school now — I need to start using past tense, I guess =P) everyone goes and gets wasted after graduation. -__- But my friends and I don’t really do that stuff. So we had our own party.

I’ve gone camping tons of times, and the poles have never snapped like that before. And to be fair, it wasn’t me. That was all my friends. I was in the water, hiding from the mosquitoes.

Yeah. My arms kind of hurt afterward. Like, a lot. They were numb and I could barely move them.

I actually had someone recently who I didn’t accept. It was a chick with a Piczo site. Now, Piczo’s kind of an immediate turnoff, but it was more her attitude. She was like, “Apply to be my affie now!” I didn’t like the demanding tone. So I just ignored her.

So was mine. I Googled all of those because I’d never heard of “Je vous en prie” before. =P

Oh wah, I didn’t know that Graduation ceremony is so fun until I readyour post! Just hope that the Graduation ceremony in Singapore is fun too! And I really envy those who got their diplomas, as I think that it is a really good thing, in Singapore, with diplomas, it will be likely easier for us to find jobs. Maybe? I am not sure too! xD
Congrates on having a new hostee! Voted for you in the contest daily! Again, GOOD LUCK! ^^
Hope by now, you have already settled your affiliation system! ^^
Oh wah, BandQuet Slideshow? What’s is that? I have never heard of. xD
But from here, I can see that your video editing skills are GOOD!
Oh, and may I ask which software is better? Sony Vegas or iMovie?
I have been looking for a good video editor for so long, but I can’t seem to find a good download link for a FULL VERSION. Instead, I found many links with Trial versions. ):
I am happy for you too! Keep it up! ^^
