Today, I had some errands to run at the post office. This is my first time sending mail in the post office since I usually have my parents do everything for me. I was completely lost and stood at a booth for 5 minutes trying to figure out if I am supposed to write my name/address on the package or is there a sticker that can do it for me. I even asked one of the clerks if the envelopes are free (which they are). At least I successfully sent some packages and I’m complete (for the time being).
Seeing how there was no one in the house to pick me up, I ended up returning to my high school to see how the band is doing. So it seems; they’re going through the insanity workout. I am glad I’m not in band anymore. Being bored at the band room, I decided to have lunch at Red Robin with one of my friends. It was a fun day overall because I never knew how much fun going through the mall is. We even went through some stores I normally don’t go to (such as Bose, Hot Topic, and True Religion).
A portion of my back yard is going through a reconstructing phase right now. My parents decided to have the first quarter of my yard filled with concrete. This process has been taking place for 3 weeks already and it’s going to be finished on Saturday. I’m planning a barbecue next week with my friends when we’re finished remodeling the portion of the yard. Inspired by the band beach trip a few weeks ago, I want to grill sausages… And other food too, of course :P.
My parents spent 2 weeks moving our things to the yard and hired people to tear off any “weak” foundation and reconstruct partial of it for balance. I posted some pictures below of the progress. Enjoy?!

Also, here’s a shout-out to Blanca. She took the time out of her busy life to send me a birthday package :). I love the sweet contents within the package!
