6 weeks down and 10 weeks to go (of the semester). I thought I was going to have a test for Philosophy and an exam for Anthropology this week.. But it is postponed until next week. This means I have a test of some sort for all of my classes except for Speech next week.

I’m pretty confident when I say that I’m up-to-date with every assignments for all of my classes. It wasn’t as bad as the first couple of weeks considering how I didn’t need to spend all of my free time doing work. As far as my grades go, I should have an A in every class except for Philosophy (which is a D). It’s mostly because we have one graded assignment so far and I misinterpreted the assignment. Hopefully, I could cover the grade up with other assignments in the future…

Parking was pretty good to me this week considering how I didn’t struggle to find spots (it’s all about timing) or had anyone giving me a hard time regarding my parking spot. I also got my first credit card from Discover! At first, Discover sent me an “invitation” for their card and got denied since I don’t have a legitimate income. My dad ended up cosigning for the card and got me approved. Either way, I’m paying for my purchases and it’s all cool.

Despite of all of that school work, I got some “social life” squeezed into my schedule. On Tuesday, I went to the mall with a friend from my high school’s band and ate at In-N-Out Burgers between my morning and afternoon class. On Wednesday after stats class, another friend and I bought tacos to eat at her house…. And played with her cute dogs :3. Then had lunch with her again on Thursday after stats class.

On Friday, I spent the day with my boyfriend. We ate at Marie Callendar’s, watched G.I. Joe: Retaliation in 3D, went on a couple of trips around places, and had yogurt at Yogurt Haven. I really liked the movie. The Rock played a better-fitting role in Retaliation than Snitch (in my opinion). I guess it’s because more combat took place in this movie. There were times when I was hoping that he’d do the rock bottom1 or something; but then again, it’s a “military-oriented” movie. Well… Iron Man 3 comes out in 33 days! Speaking of which, it’s going to be April already?!
